Delivery area
We currently deliver to Albufeira and the surrounding Algarve coastal areas, including Olhos de Água, Lagoa, Loulé, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, and Quarteira. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us at info@ambientflores.com before placing your order.

Delivery fee
Standard delivery costs €10.00 and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery timing
Orders are delivered the next day after they are placed. If you need delivery on a specific future date, please note the date clearly in your order (using the delivery date field at checkout, where available, or in the order notes) and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Delivery address details
To help us deliver your order successfully, please provide your full delivery address, including apartment, villa, or room number, and a valid phone number for the recipient. For resort or hotel deliveries (Pine Cliffs Resort, Quinta do Lago, and similar properties), please also include the recipient's name and any specific delivery instructions, such as front desk or room number, in the order notes.
