Where do you deliver?
We hand-deliver across the central Algarve, from Lagoa to Almancil, including Armação de Pêra, Albufeira, Olhos d'Água, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Boliqueime, Loulé, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Delivery is a flat €10. For addresses outside this area, please contact us before ordering.

When will my flowers arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 Portugal time can be delivered the following day, Monday to Saturday (we do not deliver on Sundays). You may also choose a specific date when ordering, ideal for birthdays and anniversaries. Guests at Pine Cliffs Resort may request same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00, subject to confirmation.

I live abroad. Can I order for someone in the Algarve?
Of course. Many of our clients send flowers from overseas. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT, and we accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

How do I include a personal message?
Simply write your message in the "Card message" box on the product page before adding to your cart. We will handwrite it on a card to accompany your flowers.

What if the recipient is not at home?
We always contact the recipient before delivering to arrange what suits them best, whether a convenient time, delivery to reception or leaving the flowers with a neighbour. Including the recipient's telephone number at checkout helps us greatly.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photograph?
Every arrangement is composed by hand from the finest seasonal blooms available that morning, so each one is unique. Should a particular flower be unavailable, our florist will substitute one of equal or greater quality, always in keeping with the palette and spirit of the design.

Can I request particular flowers or colours?
We are delighted to personalise where the season allows. Please add your wishes under "Add delivery instructions" at checkout, or contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Select collection at checkout and collect from our studio at Pine Cliffs Resort, Albufeira, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00.

How should I care for my flowers?
Trim the stems at an angle, place them in fresh water away from direct sunlight and fruit, and refresh the water every two days. Orchids prefer bright, indirect light and a little water once a week.

Do you design flowers for weddings and private events?
For selected occasions, by enquiry. Please write to info@ambientflores.com with your date and plans.
