Shipping policy

Where we deliver We hand-deliver across the central Algarve, from Lagoa to Almancil, including Armação de Pêra, Albufeira, Olhos d'Água, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Boliqueime, Loulé, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. If you are unsure whether we reach your recipient's address, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery fee Delivery within our zone is a flat €10, calculated at checkout. Collection from our studio at Pine Cliffs Resort, Albufeira, is complimentary.

When we deliver We deliver Monday to Saturday; there are no deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed before 16:00 Portugal time can be delivered the following day, and you are welcome to choose a later date for a birthday, anniversary or other occasion. Guests staying at Pine Cliffs Resort may request same-day delivery to their room or villa for orders placed before 12:00, subject to confirmation by our team.

For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other peak dates, we recommend ordering early, as availability is limited.

Villas, hotels and resorts Please include the recipient's full name, a contact telephone number and any details that will help us reach them, such as villa or room number, gate code or reception instructions. You can add these under "Add delivery instructions" at checkout.

Arranging the delivery We always contact the recipient before delivering to arrange what suits them best, whether a convenient time, delivery to reception or leaving the flowers with a neighbour. Please include the recipient's telephone number at checkout so we can reach them.
